Why not consider sponsoring The Middle Earth Beer Festival?

The Festival is now in its fourth year, in 2011 over 1200 people attended the event. In addition our headline musician King Creosote was nominated for a Mercury Music award. This year we will be even bigger and better; we’re hosting a Hobbit Olympics, Tug of War competition, Farmers Market, Victorian travelling theatre, dog displays and much more.

If you run a local business or a business that could benefit from an association with The Middle Earth Beer Festival then why not consider sponsorship? It’s a great way of getting your business, products or services noticed. We’ve put together several attractive sponsorship options to select from.  

Option 1

Sponsor a firkin of ale, cider or perry.

There are 60 barrel sponsorships available at only £40.00 per barrel.

Sponsoring a barrel at this year's Festival is a relatively cheap way to promote your business locally, and you'll be supporting our efforts to raise money for a hugely important local charity. All money raised from barrel sponsorship will be donated to North West Air Ambulance. Your business will be credited on the Festival web site, and details of your barrel sponsorship will be prominently credited on our “Sponsorship Wall” at the Festival.

Option 2

Sponsor the official Festival T shirt.

A number of individual sponsorships or 1 overall Festival T shirt sponsorship will be available. All the  staff at the event will wear a Festival T-shirt, we will also be selling T-shirt’s to the public. On the front of the T-shirt we will print the Festival logo and your logo will be printed on the reverse side.

Option 3

Sponsor the official Festival beer glass.

A number of individual sponsorships or one overall festival glass sponsorship will be available. Every adult attending the festival  will be given a glass on entry to the event - this can be used during the evening and then taken away as a souvenir. 

The festival glasses will have the 2011 festival logo etched on them as well as your logo. This year we have ordered 1,500 festival glasses.

All sponsors will also receive 4 free tickets to the event on Thursday 12th April 2012 and a free pint of beer per ticket.

Overall Festival Sponsor - 1 sponsorship available

• Your company will be our official Festival Partner for 2012.

• We can negotiate a flexible sponsorship package to suit your needs including:

• Branding on all publicity material – posters, flyers, e-mails web site etc

• Branding on wristbands – everyone will be provided with an event wristband feature your company name.

• We will provide you with 20 free tickets to the opening night of the festival on Thursday 12th April 2012

• We will provide you with 15 free tickets to the festival on Friday evening 13th April 2012

• We will provide you with 10 free tickets to the festival on Saturday evening 14th April 2012

• Attendance at the Tug of War presentation ceremony 

• Full logo branding on the official festival tickets

• Full page agreed advert on the official festival program
